CHIEF JUSTICE OF NIGERIA (CJN, JUSTICE DAHIRU MUSDAPHER

A top judiciary source familiar with the administrative order told THEWILL "that is the pulse of the CJN. He means business."
Following the directive, Justice Kafarati has refused to sign the order despite repeated demand for same by the plaintiffs, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)and the People Democratic Party .
The candidate of the PDP, Senator Liyel Imoke is in pole position to win the election.
