Eagles in action
The 2013 African Cup of Nations qualifying cracker between Rwanda and Nigeria will start at 3.30pm (about 1.30pm in Nigeria).

A letter from the Federation Rwandaise de Football Association (FERWAFA), received by the Nigeria Football Federation, also confirmed that the artificial turf of the Amahoro National Stadium in the capital, Kigali, would host the battle.

The Super Eagles battled the Wasps to a 1-1 draw at the same venue in a 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifying match, Nigeria's equaliser coming late in the game after Osaze Odemwingie set up for Obafemi Martins.

The return leg will be played in Nigeria in mid-June and the winner on aggregate will proceed to the final round of the qualifiers against one of the teams that played in the recently concluded 2012 African Cup of Nations.

The final round will take place between September and October to determine the teams that will play at next year's African Cup of Nations in South Africa. South African referee, Daniel Bennett, who took charge of the 2012 Cup of Nations semi-final clash between Zambia and Ghana, will be the centre referee.
